Via Facebook Developers - API methods for interacting with Marketplace have been released. These new methods (as described on the wiki) enable applications to discover marketplace by combinations of user, keyword and category. Another functionality enabling an application to create Marketplace listings on behalf of a user.
In addition, an updated client library with the Marketplace and data store API methods has been released. It can be downloaded here.
