Qloud Hits 1 Million Mark on Facebook

qloud Qloud, the online music service which has gone live with its public beta since 3 months, has increased its levels of popularity with over one million users from the social networking site Facebook. The company’s director Steve Case doubled the celebrations by announcing My Music Application built on top of Facebook platform.

As such Qloud stands as the second-most popular music application on Facebook and takes care of users iTunes library and brings them in synch with a Facebook application. Essentially users can exchange playlists and search their friends libraries.

Qloud’s working is quite interesting. The connection between Facebook profile, Qloud and iTunes is done via an iTunes plug-in. Qloud’s app currently works only with Facebook and its expected that users from other social networks would be able to enjoy music via Qloud in the near future.
