Access to Facebook blocked by American Corporations

Via Mashable Social networking may be on the rise but business minds in America think otherwise. In what appears to be a shocking statistic, more than one-third of US employers have restricted access to social networking sites.

Various reasons apart from productivity loss are being attributed to this move. Organizations are worried about security issues with their employees visiting these networking sites.

Recently there had been news of worker productivity being hampered in Australia because of excessive time being spent on Facebook.
