According to Netly News, Benjamin Ling who has been hailed among “Larry and Sergey’s golden boys” is going back to Facebook. Ling will be heading the white-hot Facebook platform program. Quittner from Netly News says that Google’s $600-plus stock price has gone against the company which makes it profitable for top staff to move over rather than waiting for more shares.
Ling hails from Stanford and was previously a product-management director for Google and looked after all e-commerce initiatives for Google including Google Checkout and Google SMS.
This news comes shortly afterly YouTube’s CFO’s move to join Facebook.
