Opt-Out Feature in Facebook

Michael Arrington created much fuss about nothing yesterday for the constant shuffle in "Is" on Facebook. Wonder why he was crying about it? Not being overly critical of him though, there was another feature update. It is related to the ill-famous Facebook Beacon.

Facebook Beacon is quite irritating in certain aspects. Especially when it comes to some aspects of shopping. Like Nick mentioned sometimes it can cause problems, for daughters. However, to solve that particular problem users can now opt-out of notifications from their profile. Having said that it is not enough, this is a small step towards security. There’s a greater need to make it more secure
