Are you sure about that? Toronto for example has almost 950,000 members. Israel has just under 157,000 and Edmonton has just over 270,000 which is more than Israel, but way less than Toronto.
Last I checked London UK was number one, and Toronto was number two.
Note in the facebook notice you cite above the use of the word “some”. Clearly it’s not a ranking, just a sample.
